Do you carry general liability insurance?
 
  Yes, we maintain a current insurance policy that covers up to $1 million per occurrence for both physical property damage and personal injury in the event any unforeseen damages occur to your house or property while performing work.  An up to date, valid certificate of insurance is available upon request.

Are you registered with the state of Pennsylvania?

  Yes.  As of July 1, 2009, the State of Pennsylvania instituted a state-wide contractor registration program.  Our official Home Improvement Contractor Registration Number is #2783 and can be verified with the Pennsylvania Office of Attorney General's Bureau of Consumer Protection by calling toll-free within Pennsylvania 1-888-520-6680.
  
Are you a member of the Better Business Bureau (BBB)?
  
  Yes, we are an accredited business in good standing with the Better Business Bureau of Eastern Pennsylvania.  You can log onto their website at www.bbb.org and do a background check on any contractor, as well as view our Reliability Report.

Do you perform small jobs?
 
  Yes, we will come out and give you an estimate and perform a job, no matter how big or small.  From the largest most complex whole house remodel to simply installing a storm door or replacing a couple of windows, we will complete the job in an above satisfactory manner no matter the size or scope of the work.
  
Do you guarantee your work?
 
  We proudly stand by all of the work we perform.  All work comes with a one year warranty on labor from the date of completion and is outlined in our contract.  Additionally, we act on your behalf to handle any warranty claims that may arise out of materials installed by our company.
  
Who will be in charge of our job?
 
  The company owner, Mark Cooke, oversees, and in most cases, performs the actual work, for all aspects of the job.  When subcontractors are needed, they are supervised directly by us and all work conforms to our high standards.  Additionally, all subcontractors are fully insured, verified by us, to eliminate any liability on the customer’s part should they cause damage or be injured.
